"I am whatever Gotham needs me to be."

I got some Batman requests after the Green Lantern sketch from last week. It was funny how I was asked, "Why draw GL when you can draw Batman?" Well ,that's the point...why do what everyone else would do? That's not the point of this experiment called LeadRocket. So, with that, I decided to do something with Bats that wasn't your typical brooding-hunched-over-a-gargoyle-batman sketch. I haven't done any negative space stuff in awhile so I decided to work with that. I was afraid people wouldn't know it was Batman since it's a tight shot without the pointy ears showing. So I placed him within a bat, that way, the bat's ears would give the viewer the heads up. THIS IS BATMAN! (I threw in my thumbnail for kicks) Enjoy.

P.S. Yesterday's sketch is still up for grabs. Best name wins. I'll make a decision by tomorrow.
